But (unfortunately?) it is NOT an antivirus issue.
As one can see at the screenshot, v.0.7.2 and v.0.7.7 are running simultaneously at the same PC with the very same (copied) workflows. But v.0.7.7 have zero of running workflows and both are running in v.0.7 ...

I'm sorry it's must be the dumb question but I can't to start no one workflow.
Fresh downloaded v.0.7.7, only one simple workflow: the icon is green but "Running:0" at dashboard.
I've got the very same results on Windows7 x64 Enterprise and on Windows Server 2008 R2 (x64).
There is no logs ...
