Re: Conform volume = mean_volume???

I suspect the volumedetect computes mean volume differently than ebu 128. I ran an EBU test file through your workflow and it definitely normalized to the level in the encode block. This is a pretty good free plugin (I used it in audacity) so you can see levels measured to EBU specs https://www.tbpr...

Re: Webinterface

I just checked on 1.3.0.2 and this behavior remains, all work files are saved without asking. And for @Ben, yes, it sounds like a REST workflow with some very small associated files. In my case after one too many 6 hour town council meetings my hard drive filled up.

Re: Webinterface

@Ben you should probably check the working directory associated with that workflow and see if it is saving jobs. I used this technique to silence a pesky branch in one of my workflows and found that even though the workflow was configured *not* to save work folders it did so anyway. Read the brief d...

Re: Sliding A/V sync with XDCAM HD encoder

The updated processors.a3x file has been running just fine for the last two days on the production machine. No reports of issues so far.

Re: Sliding A/V sync with XDCAM HD encoder

That worked. Only tested with that one file on my test machine. I will probably hold off until tomorrow putting it on the production machine so I can keep an eye on it.

Re: Workflow always keeps workfolders

AHA! This is all starting to make sense. That choice was a result of a discussion with @emcodem about ending a workflow branch without reporting it to the webui. Removing the s_source line does fix it and keeps the job file from being saved, though I do get the extra line reported to the webui. I al...

Re: Workflow always keeps workfolders

Just this one. I went through all of the workflow properties after I cleaned out the HDD and that one was the only one that had either box checked. I poked around a bit in the job logs and noticed something. All the other workflow logs have similar file structure with three directories, finished, sy...

[solved]Workflow always keeps workfolders

I swear, I'm not picking on you guys! I found that one of my workflows is always saving workfolders regardless of the state of either checkbox on the maintenance tab. The HDD on my FFAStrans machine filled up over the weekend because the attached workflow's working directory had grown to 300Gb. It d...

Re: Sliding A/V sync with XDCAM HD encoder

DM sent. Yes, ffmpeg is the guts of the thing so that is the most likely culprit.
