Hi,
I had the same issue with the the user_variable.json file. Although it was there somehow the webservice could not access it. I made backup of the existing user_variables.json, deleted it and created a new one and pasted the text from the backup in and saved it. Then everything was working.
Thanks for the great work on FFAStrans. Did not use it for a while but upgraded from 0.9.4 now to 1.2.2 and it is fantastic.
