New co-developper to join FFAStrans.

I would like to welcome emcodem to the (very small) FFAStrans team. Emcodem has great video workflow knowledge and programming skills and will be very good for the project. In addition to being a great resource on this forum he will be in charge of rewriting/improving the API and the monitoring applications.

Ok, I have to say I had the chance to meet you at IBC 2019 and it was a real pleasure. Stay as you are and thanks for this great Webinterface !!
