populate variables do not work

Hi folks,

wondering if anybody else got this problems.

I´m on FFAStrans 0.9.0, processor.exe 0.9.0.17.

I never used the "populate Variables (PV)"-Node so far. Therefore I cannot tell, if it worked in former versions.

I tried to set a user variable hitting the triangle left of "none".
A Dialogue opens (select Variable).
right-click "new" -> set "Variable" and name it to "thommes_Test_Var".
Set a description.

BUT I cannot set it to "variable". it will stay as "static" after re-opening the dialogue. I further cannot call the help-menu or do anything else.

I can see the variable in the Variable-lists in the other nodes, but how do I set them to variable in the PV-Node?

Hi Thomas,

That sound strange. I'm noe able to reproduce the issue on the version you're using and I've never heard of that issue before either. That does not mean it's not a bug.
Statics are forced to capital letters so your variable should read "THOMMES_TEST_VAR" if it was a static. Have you tried creating new or other variables?
