Avid DNxHD: Changes in audio layout are not saved

Hi,

big thanks for implementing 24bit audio and the "Audio Layout" option for DNxHD. But the layout option does not work You can select "discrete", but the changes will not be saved an take no effect to the encoder. If you reopen the settings dialog the option is set back to "coupled".
