.mts not accept

hi

i have .mts File(00014.mts) its Sony cam record from memory card, its cant convert or cant Accept File plz help me....

Chetan what is your output format?
Please provide full command you are using to process the file.

Do you have problems with other .mts files or is it just one (00014.mts)? If so, is it playable in VLC?
