Thanks again for your help on this. The main reason for the transcoding process is watermarking the clip, the output clip “H264 or custom ffmpeg” will be used to be a reference clip to create a dubbed audio track.
The dubbed wav should be synced to the same picture. But it’s always shifted because the reference Clip is not matching the original clip
I’m Using premiere and Avid protools.

Ok, i am summoning @momocampo here, i am sure he has a premiere installation to reproduce the issue for me
Anyway, it looks like this behaves differently depending on what "decoder" or software you are using. Are the guys that do the dubbing also working with Protools or something else like FAB?

@momocampo checked your uploaded mov and mp4 files in Avid MCP and Premiere, the tracks are 100% sync.
Are yu sure you uploaded the correct files, so files where you see the audio glitch?

Great, using your instructions, we were able to reproduce and see what you see.
Now i need some time to experiment with your files. By now i believe it is not the Audio you want to work with as the output file seems to have longer video than the input file. If it is like that and ffmpeg does "create" video that did not exist before, the cleanest solution would be to just prevent this.
Maybe you can work with the ffmpeg switch -shortest or such but i'll need to investigate.
Another shot in the dark is that the issue comes from the original input file having somehow variable frame rate in it, but i did not yet understand what it means when mediainfo says this line:
FrameRate_Mode_Original : VFR
Stay tuned...

Thanks Mahmoud but unfortunately this json dont work, i was not aware that you are using an older version of ffastrans.
I'd need the .ini file for the workflow, you find it in the ffastrans root folder /Workflows

Dear Mahmoud,
unfortunately i am really still having problems reproducing your issue. I see 2 options:
1) you try if the issue still exists when you are using the newest ffastrans version (download 1.0 and also the latest patch!)
2) you upload your full ffastrans directory containing your full version for me:
