FFASTrans 1.4.0.96 not importing workflows exported from 1.3.7

I was running 1.3.7 - exported all my workflows, then did a completely fresh install of 1.4.0.96 (workflow manager in About) (the FFAStrans1.4.0.5.7z file).

Trying to import the workflows I exported, I don't appear to be getting any error messages, however the workflows are not appearing either.

Happy to provide any other information that may help to diagnose the issue.

welcome to the Forum and thank you for using FFAStrans!

Ok so usually we upgrade a system using this procedure:

So basically you just backup the existing ffastrans folder and extract the new files into the existing folders.
However, export/import should work just normal if you exported using the "Export all" button (instead of copying .json files manually).
We might need your exported workflows (zip and share in PM or similar) to reproduce the problem...

Thanks emcodem - I did that in the past from pre 1.0 to the last version I had. Was finding some ghost transcodes happening where it would do the same file twice, second time appearing in the Status Monitor with the source field blank. Hence the fresh install.

That being said I've got to the bottom of my issue. Folder permissions (as I have the FFASTrans folder under Program Files) - Didn't have write permissions despite copying the files in with admin permissions, but have now resolved things.
