I would like to request the implementation of GPU encoding support for H.264, H.265 (HEVC), and AV1 Encoders Nodes. This feature would significantly enhance the performance and efficiency of video processing by leveraging the hardware acceleration capabilities of modern GPUs.

FFAStrans is initially designed to be 100% hardware agnostic. ASIC (not GPU) encoding defeats this design. However, the subject appears from time to time and we're discussing the topic every now and then. And we totally get the request but it's a bigger beast than what appears on the surface. There are many limitations and considerations. But looking into the crystal ball, native ASIC encoding and maybe GPU processing will probably arrive at one point or another.
