Re: Watchfolder not working
finally :D that has worked, thank you! So the solution is to a) use my own credentials and b) to use UNC paths. At the beginning I was using system user to log in the service and that was not working. Then I used my own user and mapped drives, which also didn't work. So now with my own user and UNC ...

Re: Watchfolder not working
Service is now running as the account I used to setup S: and with which I see UNC paths. It will not pick up the file in S: not even after a reset of the workflow, and a removal and reintroduction of the file in S:

For troubleshooting, this is still not working, after a computer reboot and a wait of a lot of time. The application is working as the web based monitoring is functioning.

Re: Watchfolder not working
Thank you, I have copy pasted the S:\ from Windows Explorer just to make sure. Saved the workflow and I'm waiting. Thanks for the help on how to work with normalize, I will amend that, but for now I want to see if the watchfolder will pick something up, even if it leads to an error in processing. Or...

Here is how they are setup, here is a file in the watchfolder and the monitor showing nothing happening for over ...

Re: Guidance on Audio Filters/Loudness
I hope this doesn't count as resurrecting a zombie thread, but I see no answer here. So, gdpodesta, why not just choose a very low resolution for the video, a very fast transcode option, and a low video bitrate? Then leave all the sound options CD quality. Stereo (if that applies, although if the so...

Re: A/V Media@Decoders help file typo.
I appreciate it's boring, but I think you also appreciate how vital documentation is! This typo is meaningless, just wanted this to be perfect. The documentation is great and I certainly read all of it and I thank you for having it here. Without it I would not have the positive experience with the p...

A/V Media@Decoders help file typo.
Just a bit of copy paste issue in the help files. This says "audio" when it should say "video".

I expected nothing less, actually. You are great and this is a great product. I sound like an evangelist, but... Anyway. Great product, cannot recommend it enough!
