Since I've applied the patch, the "Play" icons are changed by the "Folder" icons

Considering that FFAStrans is installed in "C:\Program Files\FFAStrans"
Quit the program and delete files in
C:\Program Files\FFAStrans\Processors\.cache\monitor\jobs folder

You should submit as developper to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/filesubmission to get an insight of what's wrong in your binaries...
