Workflow names with quotes (in 0.7.7)

I've just found after upgrade to 0.7.7 that FFASTRANS starts to add " " " " то some workflows in the beginning and at the end of the title. The number of quotes is increasing after each saving of workflow.

I've dug it out a bit and found, that the bug is for workflow titles ended with space (if we see into workflows\nnnnnnnnnnnn.ini, [general] Watcher=...), which was OK in 0.7.6.1.

Workaround: manual fix Watcher= value of each buggy workflow.

Yes, I'm aware of the bug and It's been resolved for the next release.
