MSVCR71.dll is missing

FFASTrans 0.8.0.1
The operational system is Windows Server 2012R2
Installed vc_redist.x64.exe and vc_redist.x86.exe
And ffmpeg.exe and ffprobe.exe asking for the MSVCR71.dll, but workflow somehow produces the video file.

What's missing in the installation?

I have downloaded the .NET 1.1 runtime from: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/d ... laylang=en (23.1 MB), have installed it, and copied the file MSVCR71.dll from C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\ to FFMPEG directory (Processors\ffmpeg\x86\).

That has fixed the issue.
