Delayed writing to log

Under heavy load (5-10-15+ tasks), some records are not immediately published to main log after workflow finished. They can appear after a few hours, even if system resources released. Of course, in status monitor too.

I will try collect more information about this.

Yes, sometimes it's a delay but it's not the lack of logs written but rather logs read by the monitor. I'll have a look at the routines for that. Thanks for reporting
