Workflows don't start

Post by enka »

Hi,

I created several workflows in FFAStrans. They're OK, but they don't start, as if no files were in watchfolders.

In logs, i see that workflows are running, but service not found :

=EXE=> 2018/08/20 12:16:40.924 starting workflow with id: 20180409163246 @ 0
=EXE=> 2018/08/20 12:16:40.928 starting workflow with id: 20180427123820 @ 1
=EXE=> 2018/08/20 12:16:40.933 starting workflow with id: 20180426133916 @ 2
=EXE=> 2018/08/20 12:17:08.430 service with PID: 30176 might not exist.

any idea ? Thank you !

Today I had a similar problem.
2 of the transcoding-machines won't accept files anymore.
In the end I deleted all files in the wfs-folder (...\Processors\.cache\wfs).
It helped but it also forced all workflows to catch up any files and transcode them again regardless whether they were already processed.
The input-folder of all workflows which hold already processed files needed to rebuild history before starting.

Hi,

I tried, but it didn't solve my issue : no files are processed and still same line in logs :
=EXE=> 2018/08/21 11:10:00.853 service with PID: 11720 might not exist.

Hello,
Have you check if all the exe and specially the def_runner.exe is always in place? The virusscan had delete my exe few time ago and no watch folder.
Not sure it's your problem but easy too check.
