Create own Processors

Hello everyone,

first of all: great project! I like the node based aproach a lot!
Is it possible to create my own processors? Like new encoders?
Is this project open source?

Hi udosauer, thank you for using FFAStrans and welcome to the forum!

I'm sorry but the project is closed source and there is no SDK to create own nodes. This might change in the future but currently this is the state of the project. It's also undergoing a major revision so the current release will never be opened anyway.

if it is just alternative encoders you are afer, what keeps you from using the cusom ffmpeg node? If you were able to develop new encoder nodes, what would you go for in first place?
