Hey Mahmoud,
uploading your full ffastrans directory would really make it easier for me.
This time unfortunately i still dont know which version to use to reproduce your problem.
Basically the file called "FFAStrans1.0.0.7z" is what the outdated main download is named. You'd need to apply the latest patches as well,
On ffastrans.com, look for:
Bugfix update 1.0.0.5
download it and apply the updates.

emcodem, wrapping since 2009 you got the rhyme?
Re: Audio not sync after encode.
I uploaded a resulting file that i created using your workflow, basically i just changed the path to the overlay png and the output path.
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... sp=sharing
For comparing, use your uploaded input file "input_30sec.mov" and please let me know if you also see that the output version and the inut version has 100% aligned audio (because thats what momocampo sees in his premiere).
Also, can you please confirm that you have no Avisynth "installed" on the affected server please? I mean the version from avisynth.nl

Hey Mahmoud,
it is great that you keep on replying to this. I am sure we can solve this when we just stick to it and don't let go.
So first, no worries about my Avisynth question, if you don't know what avisynth.nl is then the question is already answered.
I believe we still have troubles to see the same result as you do, even if we saw it once. So just to be completely sure:
You compared the files
-) input_30sec.mov
-) output_emcodem_30 sec_T1007.MP4
and you see there is a difference in the audio alignement, correct?
Could you please post a screenshot from your premiere that shows this difference?
As soon as we are able to see the same difference, i am pretty sure to be able to work out a solution for this.
[EDIT]
in your uploaded files and folders, i see an input and output file:
IN/30 sec_2.mov
OUT/30 sec_2_T1007_mp4.MP4
When i check those in my Premiere (i downloaded a trial just for you ) i cannot find any shift in their audio waveforms. Can you confirm that you see a shift in those 2 files?

Re: Audio not sync after encode.
Hey Mahmoud,
OK, to keep our tests in sync and dont confuse any files, i created a package (i know you already have the files but... you know...):
https://drive.google.com/file/d/13AqqFg ... sp=sharing
we have one input file:
-) 30 sec_2.mov MD5: 3F3EE1B3F5CF9539FBCF9E3685ABB1BD
and we have 2 output files:
-) output_emcodem_30 sec_T1007.MP4 MD5: 6B40BBE9F7C92B630502BF01166C381B Source: i created this using your workflow.
-) Output_30 sec.MP4 MD5: 24CAB2373A571122575DF378AF6D46A4 Source: you created this (with the same workflow?)
All 3 in one sequence look like this for me: Where V1 belongs to A1, V2 to A2 and V3 to A3.
If you do the same and you see different results, i suspect that the difference we have is some sequence settings. In this case, i'd ask you to kindly provide the adobe premiere project on the gdrive link we used before.
No worries, i am used to this kind of debugging and i know when i just don't let go i always come down to the bottom of the problem.

Re: Audio not sync after encode.
Hey Emcodem,
I've downloaded your package and imported them to Premiere. screenshot attached. regarding the sequence setting, after importing the clips, right click on the first clip and select new sequence from clip to create a sequence matching my clip then I add the other 2 outputed clips. "premiere project uploaded".
