Well, I can't start your workflow by manual submit. It works if I copy all nodes and paste in a new one. Not an expoert but maybe your workflow was corrupted.
Works perfectly in a new workflow on 1.0.0.5.
Maybe Steinar could tell you more but it is ok for me into a new workflow.
