I've set up FFASTrans farm with five servers, in accordance to recomendation. Run it from shared NAS folder (disk F: is network share), and set up shared temporary folder at the same drive. Everything is OK, at least most time, but.
Sometimes the same file is taken several times by different servers in farm. Possibly it's connected with a time lag between writing to a queue file at one server and the moment when other servers are able to see changes. May be it's worth to implement some kind of file blocking at read/write operation or more intelligent mode.

Thank you Alexander for reporting all bugs! I really appreciate it However, the next version has quite a few changes to how files are picked up, partly due to this issue.
