Hey there,

For webinterface backup it is best to keep a copy of the original downloaded .zip file that contains the current version and then you just periodically backup the database directory.

This is what i usually do: this backup workflow includes all non historical files (e.g. no job log history and log files). At the same time, it includes all other folders, e.g. custom files and folders one placed in the ffastrans dir.
  • The script assumes Webint is in a folder "Webinterface" next to ffastrans.exe, so inside the ffastrans folder.
  • Special exception is the webinterface database which i would like to backup but it requires service stop which i dont like, so i decided to exclude the webint db.
  • It has inbulit rotation and one can specify source and target.
  • Not to mention, i schedule this workflow from webinterface job scheduler.
