Thanks for looking into this - I'll stick with ProRes encoder as Premiere actually works with that better than AVC-Intra.
Most our source media is mapped to stereo - sometimes the editors will want to pull in older AS-11 DPP files which are mapped mono/stereo which lands on A1-A2 on the sequences we use. This then causes the slight AAF export issue of duplicated tracks.
