Good evening steinar,
I wanted to know if you've found a solution for the Canon XF. Also, is it possible to import a card and create a single file? (Join).
This applies both to the Canon XF's CF and to the Panasonic P2. thanks a lot

Hi again,
I'm sorry but I have been very busy. But your most urgent problem is obviously FFAStrans not picking up files. So you have created a simple workflow with a generic folder monitor. And you can see in the status monitor that no files are being picked up. I see from the screenshot that you are running as service. Can you please stop the service and run as application instead and see if it helps? Also, are you able to submit files manually?
Anyway, the CanonXF monitor does NOT concatenate all files, just spanned clips. However, the Panasonic P2 monitor does (optionally).

good morning steinar,
how can I send you some files manually?
via wetransfer?
Also, is there no way to create a single file from the p2 and canon xf tabs? it would really be an excellent solution.
I await your reply.
thank you so much

Well, you can use wetransfer if you want. The Panasonic P2 monitor have the option to create a single file from the clips on the card(s) but the Canon XF monitor does not. This might change in future releases but as for now, P2 is the only monitor to do this.

I have sent you a rar file for wetranfer containing a copy of the canon xf card.
I hope you can find a solution for importing it into a single file.
thank you so much.
