Have you read the documentation? It's the question mark on the left lower corner on all nodes:

Use this decoder to fetch video links from YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram etc. This works by dragging a link from your browser address bar into a watch folder.

But you write that you want to "... record and stream my games on PSP and then transfer these videos to YouTube". The YouTube decoder wont help you in this regards. It only works on existing YouTube clips.
