Missing XDCAM HD 50 - 23.98p

Just to mention there is not the option in the XDCAM HD encoder node for 1920x1080 23.98p.
The previous version had it. Let me know if it was depreciated.

I really don't know why it was missing...it's still supported in the processing code but it was just missing from the dropdown menu. Anyway, I put it back in and all seems OK.
