Incorrect codepage in log files.
Found in 0.7.6, also known in previous versions.
At some time log became broken: May be its because automatic text format while writing to the log. Messages with ANSI chars only is coded in short way, while any messages with non latin characters is in Unicode.

Yes, I have seen this happening. I have not given it top priority yet but I will look at it, in time
