Subj :)
Monitor node can't see file if filename include ";" (semicolon). It is correct character in Windows OS filename. Sometimes used as emoticons "Fun video ;-).mp4", sometimes as list separator "composition - first; second; last.avi".

I am using the self-writed autorenaming and transliteration software, but it must be run before folder monitor.

Hi Soffort, thanks for reporting! :-)

Have you checked "growing files" in the monitor? It might be related.

Yes, this problem with "growing files" option only. But I need this option, because some files uploaded from other sources over FTP or something like that.
