No video or audio found in media (Logs included)

Hi all!
I am new to FFAStrans, but have set up a workflow as following:
Watchfolder --> Decoder --> Encoder --> Delivery
It is supposed to be very simple, drop a file in a folder, decode it, encode it and write to another folder.
Whatever I do I get this error when the workflow starts to encode: "No video or audio found in media".
Since the forum doesn`t allow me to attach .txt files I have pasted the log for the workflow in question here: https://hastebin.com/datotohora.tex
