"Hold" option in Conditional node.

Sometimes. I need to pause workflow till have some event. Like disappearing file from folder in my case. Or, maybe, when folder has some number of files, or while file size is less as i want. Can you add "Hold" checkbox in Conditional node for waiting while conditions is success. It can be in code like periodically check with some seconds interval.
