SOLVED Workflow works with watch folder on desktop but not server

I have a network folder mapped to drive W:\ in Windows. I thought that might have been a problem since I can't browse mapped drives in the monitor node, so I changed it to the ip address:

\\192.168.1.100\Sharedfolder

Nothing happened so I tried submitting a file to the workflow and I get the following error:

Code: Select all

Job ended with error on A/V Media@PC: Could not recognize content in file!

The very same workflow works perfectly if I change the monitor folder to a test folder on my local desktop. Any ideas why? I do have jumbo frames enabled on my server, could that be it? My server is a synology if that helps.

EDIT:

Just did the process in reverse and tried to deliver the file to the server:

Could not deliver! Getting error code 1326: The user name or password is incorrect

How do I give permissions?
