Conditional on populated variables

Post by Mic »

Hi everyone one,

Thanks for this great software!

We are currently building automated workflows at work and im trying to figure what im doing wrong... Im starting Jobs using a CSV file containing all the info I need to do the job. (source file path, branding, preload file, audio...) in a watchfolder.

My problem is when im using a variable populated via $read("%s_original_full%") from my CSV file in a conditional box it fail, if im using variable populated manually or any variable populated by FFASTrans... it work...

All my variables seem good in a generated text file...

Im receiving this kind or errors: Job ended wih errors on Conditional@mycomputer: 1st evaluation of "se=%s_prefix%" is "se=se"

Im using FFAStran 0.9.4

Thanks!

Hi Steinar,

I found my problem, on my CSV, my variables were all on the end of each line and i was using the characters on the next line for my between fonction...

So a hidden character of change line must be hidden in my populated variable... my bad, i dont have any background in coding so it must be obvious for you... sorry for your time!

I will modify the way my csv are created to put something after the variable i use...

I will probably have more questions soon! :)

Thanks again for this great software!
