Hi, Im a newbee and Im going nuts
I have tried now for several days to setup smtp in my ffastrans workflow manager so it will generate an email when the workflow failed.
I have done the following.
1. Disabled firewall and antivirus
2. removed PC from the domain
3. tested that the smtp relay actually works - and it does
but I get this error messege every single time: "The requested body part was not found in this message"
any ideas?

Re: The requested body part was not found in this message
Hey Dane,
that message is not too bad, it means that the network connection and port settings to your mail server are fine!
The error could be related to the content of the email, e.g. Subject and body. Can you test first sending an email with "test" in subject and body?

Hey @Klipalex
i can only shoot in the dark here as i cannot reproduce it but i have 2 shots for you:
1: Can you try inserting a "newline" after the text
2: Can you try setting the Region settings:
Control Panel\Clock and Region => Region
Format: English(United States) and English(United Kingdom) - works
Format: English(Netherlands) - doesn't work
