Add DVCPro 100 (HD)

Can you add DVCPro HD in Encoders , It use 100 Mb/s and the Dimensions is 1440 X 1080

Hi mgm21m, thanks for the request.

There has been some work on this lately in the ffmpeg community and so once the DVCPRO-HD code is mature and passes testings it will be implemented in FFAStrans.
