The linked paths in an aaf file contain an absolute path including drive letter/servername and folders. Thanks for the feedback, as my first post suggested, i already knew about FFMPEG support for DNxHR, i was curious about getting it working with FFA and the unique option to create a AVID File structure. I can see that FFMPEG supports DNxHR but as i understand it, the unique MXF ATOM option with project names etc that FFA provides is done via 3rd party tools. Is it possible to create a Custom FFMPEG workflow with the 3rd party tools?

Or even better, will there be DNxHR support?

And always remember to right click and save the workflow or nothing works. I spend several days before i found that obvious but weird problem.

Saving the Workflow was the problem.. as soon as i saved the Workflow it worked.. wow!

Interesting, when i drop the files directly on the encoder i can see that the folder .ffastrans_work_root gets populated and the encoding happens, the files gets created, but they never get copied to the destination folder, after the encoding the files gets deleted.
