Interesting, that the issue was found at one of the server, while others in farm are working normally. After several restarts FFASTRANS stops alarming, and Max Active Jobs became 1, while it had had been 8 earlier.

It should be connected with virtual machine reconfiguration (reducing the number of cores).

Yes, the error is related to the number of cores. You must have been reconfiguring it to fewer cores for this to happen. Anyway, I have fixed the code so it should not happen again. It will be available in the upcoming 0.8.0.2 which is a bugfix release.
