No video or audio found in media (Logs included)

Hi all!

I am new to FFAStrans, but have set up a workflow as following:
Watchfolder --> Decoder --> Encoder --> Delivery
It is supposed to be very simple, drop a file in a folder, decode it, encode it and write to another folder.

Whatever I do I get this error when the workflow starts to encode: "No video or audio found in media".

Hi magnuso, thank you for using FFAStrans and welcome to the forum!

Can you please try and skip the decoder and go straight from the monitor to the encoder, and let me know if that helps?
