Concerning variable: urlencode
Sorry, I'm not sure about the correct terminology, so I try to explain it with an example:
May it possible to have the possibility that a special character like ( can be encoded to %28?
At the moment this special character, among others, stays the same after being processed.

Hey Taner, what are you after, is it filename normalizing, so removing special chars from filenames?

Thanks for insisting.

@Steinar: please forget the request.
The problem I had with the generated url was because the original filename has umlauts.
Our system (streaming-server) can't handle umlauts.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
