Can I merge more files in a single files with the required sequence in any required format ?

There are mutliple ways how to do this but currently no really easy one.

Are you able to generate a text file containing all your filenames that you want to merge like this in your future production workflow?

I would like to be able to recover a Workflow in .xml.
The would like to be able to merge an XDCAM HD OP1A HD video file into mxf and 4 wave audio files to XDCAM HD OP1A.
The Workflow should only run if the files are present.

Hello Fois,

You can add a "hold" node just behind your monitor node to wait the audio file. Check "wait for file(s)" inside Hold node and enter the full path of your audio file (can be the same folder than video folder, name your audio file like video file and use the %s_original_name% variable). The merge will start only when the audio file will be in folder.
