:!: 0.9.4.0 FFAStrans crashed, not importing new files :!:

After FFAStrans.exe crashed it won't get new files to the workflow, even when I try to manually submit them!
Any way to get it up and running?
I've tried:
1. restarting service
2. restarting server
3. deleting workflow and importing them again
4. creating a new workflow

None works.

Copying latest update files (0.9.4.1) (folder, EXEs) over the FFAStrans folder worked out!

Sorry, it didn't worked out.
What to do?

EDIT: I can see it in Web GUI that it's queued, but FFAStrans doesn't get it.

Even when I reinstalled service, put freshly downloaded FFAStrans, removed the old one etc.
Imported old workflows and it still won't work...

Any ideas?
