Some issues encountered while upgrade from 0.9.4 to 1.0 (with patch 1.0.0.2)

1. In "Populate Variable Node", Beginning and Ending of Double Quote (") are missed after conversion.
2. In "Generate Text Node", Beginning and Ending of Double Quote (") are missed after conversion.
3. Encoders - Audio Extraction with wrong bit rate for discrete channels. When 24 bit is set, only apply to first track. The rest are all 16 bit. In contrast, if single track multi-channel setting is used, all channels are 24 bit correctly. Further, with auto zero padding enabled, Track 10 is with suffix as 010 instead 10.

The audio nodes issues has all been addressed in the upcoming 1.0.0.3 update.
I will take a look at the other "quote" issues.
