Watch Folder Stops Working

I have a workflow/watch folder that gets used quite a lot. Other watch folders are working fine.

Occasionally it just stops working. Files dropped into the watch folder will not process - I've tried renaming the files, resetting the workflow, disabling and re-enabling the workflow and nothing.

I've copied pasted all the nodes into a new fresh workflow and still nothing.

The watch folder settings are

Deny Attributes - all selected.

Forget Missing Files - Selected

Check growing files - Once

Limit filesize - none

Sorted it. For some reason, the files being submitted by a particular user are being flagged as archive in the file properties.This user uses Avid whilst the rest of the team uses Premiere Pro.
