Hello all,
I am brand new to this and have 100 videos where I need to add a 5 second intro outro but when I run this workflow nothing happens or nothing shows up in status monitor. What am I doing wrong?

welcome to the forum and thank you for using ffastrans!
your workflow looks ok to me and you should basically never get this error message.
There is a number of reasons why you could experience this.
First, please make sure that there is no issue with windows UAC in the ffastrans /db directory by just placing the installation to c:\ffastrans.
After submitting a file, could you please send us the job log:
C:\FFAStrans\Processors\db\cache\jobs (youngest directory, just zip the whole directory and share it with us)

The error message you're seeing is a result of you trying to do something I would never have thought about: Restarting a job when you have no job on the list to restart. So, it's obviously a bug which is easy to fix so thanks for reporting. But basically, If you're not seeing anything in the monitor something is not working. So we need to fix that first. So just to make sure...you have started the workflow, right? I have seen people forgetting this so I just needed to ask. Also, make sure you have enable local processing in the main "Configuration->Hosts". It should be enabled by default when you start a fresh installation of FFAStrans.
