Ok, so the error itself can be ignored; we don't care if the application closes correctly or not when shutting down.
As we come up with a new release very soon and the error seems to be kind of related to your environment, i suggest a workaround:
You know .reg files? ..after downloading, rename this file from .txt to .reg and just double click it; it OK then.
I hope this will surpress the corresponding error message and you can shut down without this annoying error message.
OK, we need a little help from you and find out if the "name of the executeable" that is preventing the shutdown is "exe_manager.exe" or different.
Are you able to check the windows application log, as described here?
Thank you for the link. I have tried what you suggested. This is the message I have.
I also added the registry edit which is stated in the article. And I am testing it out.
I have this message:
Application pop-up: AutoIt v3: exe_manager.exe - Application Error : The instruction at 0x000001C2D2B1002F referenced memory at 0x000001C2D2B1002F. The memory could not be written.
